In celebration of our 35th anniversary, the Roth Foundation is very pleased to welcome Comisión Fulbright Uruguay as a new Project Support partner for the 2022-23 academic year! After establishing independence from Argentina and Brazil, Uruguay entered into diplomatic relations with the U.S. in 1867. Since the bilateral Uruguay Fulbright Commission was established in 1960, more than 1075 Uruguayan and 530 US citizens have participated in the program.
