The Roth Foundation is very pleased to welcome the Moroccan-American Commission for Education and Cultural Exchange (MACECE Fulbright Morocco) as a new Project Support partner for the 2022-23 academic year… just in time to celebrate MACECE’s 40th anniversary! Morocco was one of the first countries to recognize the newly independent United States (in 1786) and the two countries signed a Cultural Relations Agreement in 1967. MACECE strengthens this important mission by administering academic and cultural exchanges, primarily within the context of the worldwide Fulbright Educational Exchange Program.
