Lois Roth Foundation board member Anne Barbaro recently wrote an article titled, “Lois Roth Foundation: Honoring a Great Cultural Diplomat” for the prestigious Public Diplomacy Association of America (PDAA) about the Lois Roth’s vision. Anne Barbaro retired in 2007 after 25 years with the U.S. Information Agency and the Department of State. She currently serves on the boards of the Lois Roth Foundation and the Public Diplomacy Council and works part-time as a pre-publication reviewer at the Department of State.
