A very Happy New Year to you from the Roth Foundation! We hope you had a warm holiday break and that the new year brings good health, happiness and peace.

As I change the 4 to a 5, above, I marvel at all we were able to achieve last year. We enter our 38th year on a strong footing and sincerely thank you for your readership and support. I hope each of you knows that your donation is making a real difference in the lives of our Project Support, Cultural Diplomacy, and Literature and Translation awardees.

The new year also brings exciting news from the Roth Foundation, as we reconfigure our occasional newsletters into a series we’re calling The Lois Letters! The next Lois Letter you receive will announce (spoiler alert!) a special new award we are particularly happy to inaugurate.
